Founded by a hedge fund veteran with more than 20 years in alternative investment structuring and distribution, 21 Capital Advisors was built to serve independent managers and help them navigate the Swiss market.

Relationship managers at large investment houses are naturally limited to representing in-house funds and encouraged to market them regardless of investment merit.
After years inside this ecosystem, we wanted a different path: the freedom to work with the best independent fund managers who in turn would benefit from the sales and marketing expertise of a team with deep institutional knowledge.
21 Capital Advisors was built on a simple principle: the freedom to represent only what we genuinely believe in, and to service clients on both sides of the transaction with the same commitment to integrity and transparency.
Tricia Alder
Managing Director
Tricia brings more than 15 years of financial services experience to 21 Capital Advisors, developed across asset management firms in the US, UK, and Switzerland. Her professional background spans relationship management, marketing and operational roles at Glenwood Capital Investments (Man Group), Pendragon Capital Investments and UBS Asset Management. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Economics and began her career as an auditor with PwC in Chicago. Tricia is a dual citizen of Switzerland and the United States.
Urs Alder
Founder
21 Capital Advisors was founded by Urs Alder, who spent more than two decades in alternative product development, distribution, and client management. As Managing Director and Regional Manager for Switzerland and Liechtenstein at Man Group, he built a broad and deep network across Swiss private banks, wealth managers, asset managers, pension funds, insurance groups, and family offices. That network, and the firm's independent and selective approach, are the foundation of 21 Capital Advisors.
